I. Shipping Policy

(1) Free Shipping Policy

All products on this Site qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii). The free shipping offer applies only to our designated standard delivery method.

(2) Regional Shipping Fees

1. International Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight of the products and the destination country/region, with different pricing standards applied. The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed by the system when you place your order.

(3) Delivery Timeframes

1. We will process and ship your order within 3–5 business days (business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation.
2. For orders within the contiguous United States (excluding remote areas), the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
3. Currently, we are unable to deliver to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii.
4. For international orders, the delivery time will be clearly displayed on the product page or checkout page based on actual circumstances.
5. In case of unforeseen delays in shipping, we will notify you promptly.

II. Return and Refund Policy

(1) Eligibility for Returns

1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may apply for a free return or exchange if the product has quality issues, is mis-shipped, or significantly differs from its description.
2. If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., “change of mind”), the product must be unopened and unused (to not affect resale), and you will be responsible for return shipping costs (except for returns due to quality issues).

(2) Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request Online: You need to fill in relevant return information (including order number and reason for return) on the return application page of this Site.
2. Obtain an RMA Number: After receiving and approving your return request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Please ensure this number is included with the returned product.
3. Ship the Product Back: Please return the product along with its original packaging and accessories to our designated address. If the return is due to a quality issue, we will provide a prepaid return label; for returns due to other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Warehouse Inspection and Refund: We will process your refund within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. If the product does not meet the return criteria, we will contact you to explain the situation.

(3) Refund Methods

1. Refunds will be prioritized to your original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your original credit card account (the refund processing time may take 3–14 business days, depending on the processing speed of the card-issuing bank).
2. If the original payment method is unavailable or if you agree, you may choose to have the refund amount deposited into your store balance on this Site for your next purchase.

(4) Return Disputes

1. If you disagree with the inspection result, you may contact customer service with supporting evidence such as product photos or videos, and we will review and provide a response within 3 business days.
2. If the dispute remains unresolved after review, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in Santa Clara County, California, USA, where this Site is operated.
